Today, I spent another entire day working on the product brochure.

But as I worked on it, I began to have higher expectations for this brochure.
ChengrongTimes is a brand, and it is also a startup brand. Since we decided to create a product brochure, I thought we should directly hold ourselves to the standards of building a brand: not only explain our products clearly, but also explain why we make these products and how these products have been developed step by step.
Originally, I expected that the third draft would be almost finished. Now, I have already revised it to the seventh draft. Based on the current progress, I expect that at least two more rounds of adjustments will be needed before the final version is completed.
Any task, as long as you truly put your heart into it, will eventually become a “major project.”
But I think it is worth it.
Because for me, creating this product brochure is not only about introducing an ultrafiltration water purifier factory, but also an opportunity to review the development history of ChengrongTimes.
From a Water Filter Product Brochure to Reviewing ChengrongTimes’ Development History
Actually, I have wanted to find some time for a long time to sit down and seriously review what I have done over the years.
Sometimes, even I feel a little confused.
When exactly did I do this?
I have to think for several minutes.
This time, creating the PPT gave me an opportunity to reconnect many experiences from the past several years.
Last time, our former factory manager came to bring me lychees.
While we were drinking tea in the office, he sighed several times:
He never expected that the ChengrongTimes Water Filter factory had grown to such a large scale.
But for me, making the Water Filter factory bigger has never been my goal.
What I have truly pursued is making better products, improving quality, strengthening quality management, and genuinely solving problems for users.

ChengrongTimes Started as a Small Metal Stamping Factory with Fewer Than 10 People
Many people may not know that today’s ChengrongTimes Ultrafiltration Factory was originally just a small metal stamping factory with fewer than 10 people.
At that time, we mainly produced metal components for pipeline ultrafiltration water purifiers and processed stainless steel housings.
In other words, ChengrongTimes did not initially enter the market through ultrafiltration membrane research and development. We started with metal components and stainless steel housing processing for pipeline ultrafiltration water purifiers.
To improve product quality, I founded ChengrongTimes in 2008.
In 2011, our factory established an R&D department.
So later, when people asked why ChengrongTimes started developing ultrafiltration membranes, the answer was actually very simple.
Because from the very beginning, ChengrongTimes had the genes and tradition of conducting R&D.
We did not suddenly decide to enter ultrafiltration membrane R&D because of a change in the market. Instead, we continuously discovered problems and solved them during long-term production and product manufacturing, and then further developed our own R&D capabilities.

From metal stamping to stainless steel housing processing, and then to ultrafiltration membrane R&D and manufacturing, ChengrongTimes gradually developed its own product and supply chain capabilities.
Step by step, the team has grown from fewer than 10 people to 280 people.
The small metal stamping factory from the beginning has gradually developed into one of the top three companies in the pipeline ultrafiltration industry, and has become a full-supply-chain factory that is difficult to find a second one like anywhere in the world.

Why do I say this?
Because there is no other factory in the world that both conducts metal stamping and develops and manufactures ultrafiltration membranes, except ChengrongTimes Ultrafiltration Factory.
This is also what makes ChengrongTimes different from ordinary water purifier manufacturers.
From metal components and stainless steel housings to ultrafiltration membrane R&D and manufacturing, ChengrongTimes does not simply rely on external suppliers to complete these key processes. Instead, we have continuously developed our own technical, production, and quality management capabilities through long-term manufacturing.

Only by truly participating in every key stage of product manufacturing can we better understand where problems exist and have greater ability to control product quality.
Ultrafiltration Membranes Are Important, but the Water Purifier Housing Is Equally Important
Today, more and more consumers are beginning to recognize that the quality of ChengrongTimes’ ultrafiltration membranes is among the best in the industry.
But many people overlook one important point:
For pipeline ultrafiltration water purifiers, the ultrafiltration membrane is important, but the stainless steel housing is equally important.
Because water purifiers are water-contact equipment.
For any water-contact equipment, the sealing performance and precision of the equipment are extremely important.
For a pipeline ultrafiltration water purifier, it is not only the ultrafiltration membrane that needs to be stable and reliable. The external stainless steel structure, connection points, welding quality, and overall sealing performance can also directly affect the user’s experience.

Making the Factory Bigger Has Never Been My Goal
Looking back, I am even more convinced of one belief I have always held:

Making the ChengrongTimes factory bigger is not my goal.
It can even be said that scale has never been something I pursue.
What I truly care about are only two things:
Is the product quality good?
Does it truly solve the user’s pain points?
ChengrongTimes has developed from a small metal stamping factory with fewer than 10 people into a 280-person ultrafiltration water purifier factory today and has become one of the top three companies in the pipeline ultrafiltration industry. These are all natural results of our efforts.
Even because of the overall market environment, the other two companies in the top three abandoned the production and R&D of ultrafiltration membranes, and ChengrongTimes has unintentionally become a TOP factory in the industry.
But I want to emphasize:
This is the result of our efforts, not the goal I pursued.
If “becoming a TOP factory” is treated as the goal, it is easy to focus only on scale, sales, and rankings.
But if “making good products” is treated as the goal, scale, customers, and market recognition will instead become natural results of consistently making good products.

So, after coming this far, my goal has never changed.
It is not about making the factory as large as possible.
Nor is it necessarily about becoming number one in the industry.
It is about giving customers fewer concerns when they choose ChengrongTimes ultrafiltration products.
