As a team working to build a household water purifier brand<\/strong> specializing in ultrafiltration, we should put product quality, customer needs, and long-term commitment ahead of sales. A household water purifier is not an ordinary fast-moving consumer product. It is closely related to the water people drink and use every day. Therefore, a truly trustworthy household water purifier brand must take responsibility for its products and its customers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Recently, the younger members of the ChengrongTimes team started doing livestreams. Every morning, I gather everyone together for half an hour to an hour to discuss products, livestreaming, and various topics related to the water purification industry.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Yesterday, we discussed a lot of product-related topics. Since I happened to have some time, I decided to write everything down because, as the saying goes, writing things down is better than relying on memory.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Originally, I only intended to keep these notes for our internal records. Unexpectedly, the feedback from everyone was much better than I expected. So, I decided to share them with everyone as well.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Yesterday\u2019s livestream was the most impressive one the younger members of our team have done recently.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Both the overall presentation of the livestream room and the team\u2019s energy and performance were excellent.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Of course, at the beginning, the two presenters had a little trouble because they occasionally talked over each other. This is something they still need to improve through practice.<\/p>\n\n\n\n For a household water purifier brand<\/strong>, livestreaming is simply one way to introduce products to consumers. More importantly, the livestream team must truly understand the products. Nothing else has been added.<\/p>\n\n\n\n There are no scale inhibitors, no silver-ion antibacterial agents, and no other additives.<\/p>\n\n\n\n This is related to my years of experience in the water purification industry, as well as my product design philosophy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n We do not try to serve everyone. We focus on serving our target customers well.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n A truly good household water purifier brand<\/strong> does not necessarily need to meet everyone’s needs. Instead, it needs to make products that genuinely meet the needs of its target users.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Whether it is our whole-house pre-filter or our kitchen mineral-style water purifier, the customer’s source water must be safe.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Therefore, if the water source at a customer’s home comes from a well, stream, or mountain spring, we recommend conducting a water quality test before using a water purifier.<\/p>\n\n\n\n If the source water is safe, there is no problem using a Chengrong Times water purifier.<\/p>\n\n\n\n If the source water is unsafe, we recommend either changing the water source or using an RO reverse osmosis water purifier.<\/p>\n\n\n\n This is also something we must clearly explain as a household water purifier brand<\/strong>: different water sources require different water purification solutions. There is no single water purifier that can solve every water quality problem.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Municipal tap water undergoes standardized treatment and can meet the relevant water supply standards.<\/p>\n\n\n\n However, a certain amount of chlorine needs to be added to tap water at the treatment plant to provide continuous disinfection during transportation from the water plant to the user’s home and reduce the risk of biological contamination during distribution.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Chengrong Times’ kitchen mineral-style water purifier was developed to provide more refined treatment for municipal tap water.<\/p>\n\n\n\n It is designed to intercept 99.99% of bacteria and viruses, reduce secondary contamination that may occur in pipelines and secondary water supply systems in residential communities, and reduce residual chlorine in the water, thereby improving the household drinking water experience.<\/p>\n\n\n\n However, one point needs special attention:<\/p>\n\n\n\n If the source water is relatively turbid, it is not suitable to install our mineral-style water purifier directly.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n Because the source water contains more large particles and impurities, the filter cartridge can become clogged more easily. They should also consider their water source, water quality, and specific usage scenario.<\/p>\n\n\n\n The mineral-style water produced by the ChengrongTimes mineral-style water purifier can be consumed directly, but we recommend heating it to around 45\u00b0C before drinking.<\/p>\n\n\n\n In fact, most drinking water dispensers also maintain water at around 45\u00b0C.<\/p>\n\n\n\n They generally use a combination of an RO reverse osmosis system, a taste-improving factor, and an ultrafiltration membrane.<\/p>\n\n\n\n The taste-improving factor inside an RO water purifier is essentially activated carbon.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Under certain conditions, activated carbon can become a medium for microbial growth, which is why an ultrafiltration membrane is added afterward for interception.<\/p>\n\n\n\n This is one approach to combining different water purification technologies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n For an ultrafiltration household water purifier brand<\/strong>, the important thing is not simply telling consumers which technology is \u201cthe best.\u201d More importantly, we need to explain clearly what problems different technologies are designed to solve.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Some water tastes slightly sweet because of the minerals contained in the water.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Therefore, for safe source water, such as municipal tap water and water sources with a TDS value below 300, Chengrong Times’ mineral-style water purifier is an option worth considering for customers who care about healthy kitchen water and good drinking-water taste.<\/p>\n\n\n\n This is also a principle we have always emphasized as a household water purifier brand<\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n Not all water needs RO, and not all water is suitable for ultrafiltration.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n The key is to look at the source water conditions and the customer’s actual needs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Yesterday, Xiao Liu made one mistake during the livestream.<\/p>\n\n\n\n The folded filter media, or PP cotton, inside our mineral-style water purifier cartridge does have a filtration function.<\/p>\n\n\n\n It can intercept large particles and impurities in the water, thereby reducing the filtration burden on the carbon fiber behind it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Without the folded filter media, the activated carbon would have to adsorb various impurities in the water.<\/p>\n\n\n\n With the folded filter media, the carbon fiber has more capacity to adsorb odors in the water, thereby improving the taste.<\/p>\n\n\n\n The ultrafiltration membrane itself does not change the taste of water.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Therefore, after the water passes through the carbon fiber, its taste is improved. Afterward, when it passes through the ultrafiltration membrane, the taste is not significantly affected.<\/p>\n\n\n\n At the same time, the ultrafiltration membrane can intercept potential secondary contamination from the carbon fiber stage, further helping to ensure the cleanliness of the final water.<\/p>\n\n\n\n In addition to the mineral-style water outlet, we also have a clean-water outlet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n The water from this clean-water outlet is also better than the original tap water because it has passed through the first three stages of filtration.<\/p>\n\n\n\n For consumers, understanding the specific function of each filter stage is much more valuable than simply listening to complicated marketing terminology.<\/p>\n\n\n\n This is also the communication approach Chengrong Times hopes to maintain as an ultrafiltration household water purifier brand<\/strong>: explain the technology clearly and explain the product honestly.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Yesterday, a customer in the livestream room asked whether our products have a sterilization lamp.<\/p>\n\n\n\n My view is that sterilization lamps can have a role in water purification, but they are not necessarily suitable for every application.<\/p>\n\n\n\n We have conducted tests. Sterilization lamps can achieve good sterilization effects when water is stationary, but for rapidly flowing water, the actual sterilization effect is affected by factors such as water flow rate, UV dosage, and contact time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n There is a similar principle when it comes to activated carbon’s adsorption of residual chlorine in water.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Therefore, product design should not be based on the simple assumption that \u201cadding another function automatically makes a product better.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n A truly professional household water purifier brand<\/strong> should determine whether a technology genuinely provides value based on the actual application scenario, rather than adding features simply to create additional selling points.<\/p>\n\n\n\n RO and ultrafiltration are not a matter of one being absolutely better than the other.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Each has its own advantages, and each is suitable for different application scenarios.<\/p>\n\n\n\n What we need to do is clearly explain where our products are suitable and what problems they are designed to solve.<\/p>\n\n\n\n For a household water purifier brand<\/strong>, whether we are operating as a factory or building a brand, I prefer to attract customers through quality, service, and facts rather than exaggerated marketing claims that exist only as words.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Consumers will ultimately use their actual experience to decide whether a brand is truly trustworthy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Of course, this path is not easy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n But I have always believed that a truly long-term household water purifier brand is not ultimately competing over who has the louder advertising voice.
